Project Overview

Armela is a luxury Dubai off-plan advisory run by RERA agent Armela Corbaxhi, serving high-net-worth buyers. I migrated the firm off a slow, dated WordPress site onto a fast custom build (TanStack Start, React 19) with a bilingual English/Arabic RTL experience and a self-serve CMS admin. The headline feature is an embedded FlowMaticX AI chatbot (https://flowmaticx.com) — my own production SaaS — that qualifies inbound luxury-property leads after hours, answers Golden Visa and ROI questions, and books consultations with human handoff to the agent. The Challenge

Armela advises high-net-worth buyers on Dubai off-plan property, where high-ticket commissions on multi-million-dirham off-plan deals make every qualified lead worth chasing. Her old WordPress site was slow, hard to update, and did nothing after hours — inbound interest from buyers in other timezones went cold before she could reply. Off-plan investors ask the same high-stakes questions up front: Golden Visa eligibility, expected ROI, payment plans, handover dates. She needed those answered instantly, in both English and Arabic, and the serious buyers routed straight to her calendar.

What I Built

  • Migrated the entire site off WordPress onto a custom TanStack Start (React 19) build — faster loads and full control over content and SEO
  • Embedded my own FlowMaticX AI chatbot to qualify inbound luxury-property leads 24/7 and answer Dubai off-plan, Golden Visa, and ROI questions
  • Wired the chatbot to book consultations directly, with human handoff so Armela picks up qualified buyers herself
  • Built bilingual English/Arabic support with full right-to-left (RTL) layout for the Arabic experience
  • Shipped a custom CMS admin: brand settings, content blocks, per-page SEO, email templates, booking settings, and a media library
  • Built a timezone-aware booking calendar pinned to Asia/Dubai so consultation slots are never off by an hour
  • Set up JWT authentication for the admin and Nodemailer for booking confirmations and lead notifications
  • Added Schema.org RealEstateAgent, LocalBusiness, and FAQ structured data for search and AI-answer visibility
  • Used MySQL with Supabase for data and storage, and Framer Motion for the motion on a brand that has to feel premium
